SOS International Sustainability Report 2022:
Gender diversity on all levels of management

In this year’s edition of SOS International’s sustainability report, we’re glad to report that we for the first time hit our gender diversity targets on all levels of management.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

That’s from the board level all the way through lower manager levels.

In line with the Danish Business Authority’s diversity targets, we define gender diversity as an equal gender distribution within the range of 40% and 60%.

Before this year, general management (GM) level was the only management level that needed a pick me up when it comes to gender diversity. That came in the form of a new position as EVP of People, Culture and Communication which was taken up by Anette Engmose.

Thus, SOS International now strikes a balance between male and female managers at all levels of management. We’re incredibly proud of reaching this milestone in the history of our company as we strongly believe in equal opportunity for all.

I hope you will enjoy our Sustainability Report 2022.
